The struggle to unlock the secret of Trans-Technology now threatens to engulf Earth. After learning that Fugitoid - a robot containing the brain of the inventor of Trans-Technology - has fled to Earth, the Triceratons and the Federation have launched an invasion of the planet to capture the fugitive robot. With the help of friends like April O'Neil and Casey Jones, the Turtles spring into action to save Fugitoid, their friend and benefactor. But first, they'll have to deal with the mysterious Bishop who has allied himself with the Federation, and Shredder, who wants to steal the technology for himself. The battle heats up as the Turtles and their foes clash over Fugitoid's fate. Meanwhile, a mysterious figure plots behind the scenes, and the Turtles could be headed for their worst nightmare.
