Snood Description

The concept of Snood is simple. Thousands of trapped Snoods must be rescued by connecting groups of three similar creatures together. Once linked, Snoods parachute to safety, freeing any little critters they are close to. As the game progresses, additional traps and puzzles make each level increasingly challenging - and with 100 puzzles to negotiate, Snood offers a huge amount of gameplay. The GBA version features a two-player mode which for the first time pits Snood players against each other. Also, new Snoods appear for the first time on any format - making this a must for keyboard-bound Snood fans. Additional modes include a classic Marathon-style mode, a Puzzle mode, a Time Attack, and the Journey mode, where players attempt the hundred-odd puzzles in order. Snood Features:
  • Four different single player modes, each promoting and affording different types of playing. Puzzle, Classic, Journey and Time Attack.
  • Fifty different puzzle and fifty Time-Attack Levels specifically and painstakingly designed to enhance game-play enjoyment.
  • Two player, head-to-head game via optional Link Cable increases enjoyment by providing a human opponent.
  • Multi-link game has access to all levels plus the game can also be played on three levels with only one Game Pak.
  • Realistic Physics - players can 'bounce' Snoods off of the sides of the levels to propel them into hard-to-reach places.
  • Multiple, colourful, scrolling backgrounds that rotate upon completing a level and provide fresh visual nuances to each level.
  • High quality stereo sound effects and theme tunes enhance the game-playing experience.
  • Ability to slow down cannon movement for fine adjustment, high accuracy shots.
  • Five different difficulty modes to allow players of all ages/abilities to enjoy the game, Child, Easy, Medium, Hard and Evil.
