Tang Tang Description

If you like puzzle games, then chances are you will really like Tang Tang on the Game Boy Advance. Collect a set number of coins without losing your life, and negotiate the level by creating and destroying blocks. You'll have to avoid the enemy obstacles and use your head if you want to win. Tang Tang is slightly different to most conventional puzzle games and that works in its favour. Your collecting objectives are straightforward, but how each player attacks the levels is unique. Your chosen character can fire projectiles to stop a few of the baddies, but your shots are limited in supply. Each time you are hit, you lose a bit of life and are returned to the start of the level. This removes the frustration of having to complete the whole level again. Of course, if you have built sections of the level to climb on, they will have to be removed as you come back through. In traditional fashion, after a few levels you will come across gigantic boss characters that must be defeated to move on to the next planet. These bosses will test your newly acquired skills and can move anywhere in the screen, so try not to trap yourself. Puzzle games are perfectly suited to portable platforms and Tang Tang is a great example of this.
