Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 Description

Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 introduces Teamvision, a clever new artificial intelligence system that recognises a gamer's particular style of play and therefore creates a more balanced and strategic football match. Teamvision pro-actively monitors the human player's movement onscreen and responds accordingly, forcing constant revision of strategy during the course of a match. Trying to play the same way over and over will not work for you if you go solo, so you better think of some new gameplans. Take a leaf out of Rafa Benitez's book. PES 2008 also boasts more familiar player faces and names. Look! There's lank-haired midfield marvel Stephen Hunt of the Berkshire Blues! The game also boasts more licenses than before, with Portugal, Brazil, Greece, Scotland and Ireland among the new officially licensed national teams on offer. Of course, the list of licensed club teams has also been appended, with Newcastle United, RSC Anderlecht, HJK Helsinki, IFK Goteborg, Panathinaikos, Spartak Moscow, Fenerbahce, NK Dinamo Zagreb, FC Basel and the 'manager-less at the time of release' Tottenham Hotspur amongst those added to those you can choose or choose to conquer. These new teams combine to ensure PES 2008 now has over 3,000 licensed players replicated within the game from over 250 teams.

Hopefully the start of a great new franchise for the Wii!

New controls system is brilliant, attacking play has become more fluid and free flowing and at the same time tactically challanging, however defending can sometimes be a bit hit and miss. Champions road is a great sub for master league as it has the right blend of tactical depth without straying too far from the fun of the matches. Over all this an excellent addition to PES brand

Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 is so easy to play with wii remote and nunchunk for this game. gameplay is good because you can tackle the players with A button when you point to players and B button to pass when you point to your team to pass here and swing nunchunk to shoot is ok'ay because it tried to score the goals. graphics is ok'ay because the all football player are nearly same person and the background is fine too. training mode is easy and gives more information how to play this game. i really happy about this game and it's very good.

The slowest and most overcomplicated football game EVER! No flowing football, nothing to really grip you to the game, just a long slog bore fest with no incentives for percevering with the fiddly controls.
