Vampire Rain Description

Vampire Rain is a third-person, over-the-shoulder strategy game, set in nightwalker-ridden suburban Los Angeles. You play the character John Lloyd, the lone survivor of five army special force squads sent to eliminate the nightwalkers. The nightwalkers are vampire-like creatures that multiply by feeding on human blood. They have heightened senses and combat abilities. There are five weapons that can be used throughout the game. You start with a silenced pistol and MP5, but as you progress through the game you gain access to a sniper rifle, shotgun and eventually a UV knife. From the start of the game you will have the use of necrovision which distinguishes nightwalkers from humans. This is useful as it helps you detect nightwalkers from a distance and avoid or eliminate them. Nightwalkers are tough to kill. They require a whole clip of ammo from the pistol or MP5 and they only have to hit you twice and you're dead, making the first levels very hard. This is where the stealth element of the game comes in. You have to sneak around behind the backs of unsuspecting nightwalkers. You have to do anything to stop them seeing you, by hiding behind cars; climbing drain pipes; scaling buildings and jumping from rooftop to rooftop to find the only way out of the city. On every level, there are dozens of dead ends, forcing you to go back to the start of the level try a different route. The right route always seems to be the one with the most nightwalkers. Coincidence? Maybe not...

Really, REALLY bad voice acting....the only good thing that i can think of is the intro...after that its all downhill. The voice acting is so bad that after i had played it for about 15 minutes, my ears began to bleed. Its slow, repetitive and slow and repetitive and slow and repetitive. You get the picture. I'm only giving this 1 star because there is no option to give it a big fat zero.
