Action, fighting and strategic gameplay unite under one mighty sword in Samurai Warriors 2: Empires from genre master Koei. Japan has divided into warring states and you are charged with the resurrection of a nation. At each war council, consult with your officers to decide upon military and political affairs, then lead your men to battle, as you march across each territory to reunite the country under one sword - your sword. Special events including 'The Honnoji Incident' and 'The Battle of Kawanakajima' re-tell the history of a Japan divided. Battle cards are based on authentic Samurai attack formations, and Policy cards like 'Tea Gathering' and 'Tournament' raise officers' abilities. Regional cards reflect actual Japanese geography. There are six territorial scenarios to complete, or you can choose to unite Japan in five Unification scenarios. 400 characters are featured and available for selection, and you can also create your own warrior in New Officer mode. And don't forget the two-player co-op option. Samurai Warriors 2: Empires has the lot!
