Following the failure of the coup d'?t in Mexico City, Mexican rebels have gathered their remaining forces along the US border, and the whole of Mexico is undergoing a full-scale civil war. The Ghosts have fewer than 72 hours to stop a nuclear attack. It's the first time on US soil that you get the chance to lead your team of elite Special Forces - straddling the border between Juarez, Mexico and El Paso, Texas. The Ghosts are the last line of defence and must do what it takes to protect the country. You'll battle enemies in mountain terrains, barren deserts and on your home turf in El Paso. Each environment comes with its own benefits and challenges and thus require new tactical approaches. The new Cross-Com 2.0 gives you more information than ever. You can see what your friendly forces see in the top left display and the click of a button expands that to a full-screen view for a more precise picture. This will give you a more comprehensive view of the entire battlefield. The new Full Command View allows unprecedented precision in developing and issuing tactical plans on the battlefield. While on the battlefield, you can command air strikes with jet fighters, get mobile cover for difficult situations, and replenish armaments on the battlefield using an unmanned artillery MULE. Wannabe soldiers can now heal their team on the battlefield too, including squad leader Scott Mitchell, with an all-new Medic class of soldier.

Ok. This game is great. I rented it for 2 days before I had to click on the buy it now button. Don't make the mistake of comparing this game with Rainbow Six: Vegas. Thats a FPS, This is a Tactical Shooter. Don't get me wrong, I love R6:V. But i prefer the realism of GRAW. In R6:V to can get shot to bits and still make it out, but in GRAW, One decent shot to the chest will put you done for good.

it looks like venom has only played the demos! the REAL game is very good campane is Ace. but game can get a bit same old stuff ! i would rent if only for 2 days as you get 50 points in the first 30 mins of playing !

This game is a split personality type of game your going to either love it or hate it. I liked it. The one player game is very good and the diffculty is varied in three levels(if you have played Gears of War you will know what I am on about). The good thing is you can easily tell the difference in the enemy AI on each difficulty and makes the game a real challenge. The Graphics hav'nt jumped a great leap(But has been a notable change on multiplayer). The only down side of the one player is that it is quite short to say the least. The multiplayer has advanced itself again and the cutomisation of gametypes have to be applauded as it really does let you have the game that you want. So if you want to get yourself a shooter with a good single player but great multiplayer then pick this up you should enjoy it.

this game is really good, i have only had it a day but the setting an the gameply is all very superiur to the first one. I would rocemend it to any rianbow six fans doesnt compare to rainbow 6 las vegas but its still very good

The Single Player is excellent, albeit fairly short with some excellent set pieces, unfortunately the degredation of the game play and functionality in mulitplayer mode is very disappointing and cannot compete with games like Call of Duty 2/4.

This is a really bad game, looks just like the first only difference is it turns dark sometimes! Online is the same as all the others nothing new, if you were looking for something fresh forget this!
