Super Bikes Riding Challenge Description

From BlackBean games, creator of SuperBikes, comes a sequel, Super-Bikes Riding Challenge for PC and PS2. And the game does exactly what is says on the tin (if it came in a tin, that is) by putting you in the seat of over 40 of the World's most powerful superbikes and enabling you to race them in free-ride and career modes. The game is developed by Italian coder's Milestone, who developed the first Superbike games in the 90s. You'll get to ride on machines from Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Ducati, Agusta triumph and Voxan, each with realistically modelled 3D controls. The bikes range from bare street bikes through Café racers to dull competition machines. The racing action takes place on a series of real-life tracks, that have been accurately modelled, these include our own Donnington Park, and a London city centre track. After a quick training session, that is not too taxing, you'll be into competition, and racing against a selection of computer opponents. Milestone has gone to town on creating a realistic physics model to give "realistic" handling. And while you'll still spill if you try to corner hard on grass, Super-Bikes Riding Challenge far more forgiving than that other recent biking arcade/sim, Tourist Trophy. While that might mean that it is less involving in the long-term, it is certainly far more fun to just pick up and play. Keep that front wheel down, and keep on the tarmac.

Features
  • Separate control for the bike and rider position delivers the ultimate precision motorcycle racing experience

  • Individually modelled, manufacturer approved bikes featuring the same acceleration, weight, balance, cornering ability as in real life

  • Persistent opponents - Thanks to its advanced AI, SUPER-BIKES will feature recurring opponents as the player advances through the game. The player will be able to appreciate how they grow in certain skills and become more challenging as the game progresses, much like his own driving.

  • Tracks - SUPER-BIKES will feature 3 categories of tracks: Race Tracks (Assen, Laguna Seca, Donington, Hockenheim, Valencia, Albacete), Country (Alpes, Côte d'Azur, Tuscan Hills, Highlands, Corsica, Amalfi Coast) and City (London, Barcellona, Berlin), for a total of more than 30 tracks thanks to the different variants available.

  • Wet Conditions - All tracks will feature a wet condition variant that will have the effect of reduced grip in the handling model. This will add a new challenge to each track in the game.

  • End-Level Graphics - SUPER-BIKES will benefit from the implementation of amazing audio and visual effects (e.g. real time environmental mapping, particles animations, blurring effects).
