Reservoir Dogs Description

Six professionals have been brought together by crime boss Joe Cabot and his son Nice Guy Eddie for a heist at Karina's Wholesale Diamonds. The six have never met before and each has a colour-coded name to protect their identity: Messrs Pink, White, Blond, Orange, Blue and Brown. It's the perfect set-up and should be the perfect crime. The theory is simple: get in, get the diamonds, and then get out quick - two minutes maximum and away with the rocks that will fetch big bucks. But the heist goes badly wrong, as the cops come out of nowhere and all hell breaks loose. Alarms are triggered and the cops are breathing down the team's necks, and that's where this game kicks off. You literally call the shots from here on in as you choose how to go about surviving the game. Whether you go off like a hyper-psycho or remain professional in your outlook, well?it's your call. Your weapons - and there are lots of 'em in Reservoir Dogs - and how you handle them are the key to your survival. You'll get away with a lot by aiming accurately, straight-shooting and a quick re-load. You don't have an unlimited capacity to carry all weapons you might find: only a maximum of two handguns and one machine gun/rifle or shotgun with suitable ammo can be carried. So, after a tutorial that lasts as long as your author's first ever go at Battlezone circa 1979, i.e., a long tutorial, you're in the diamond store with 60 seconds to go outside and surrender. But you're not going to do that, are you? Oh no, you're going to load up on bullets and blow the cops away instead. Delightful, there's blood and death everywhere! The game is as faithful to the film as it can be, given its interactive nature, and from the opening bars of the groovy 'Little Green Bag', you know Reservoir Dogs is going to be a lot of fun, especially if you're familiar with the source material. The film earned its 18 Certificate for a reason: the same stands for the game - those of a sensitive disposition should maybe stay away.

To say this is a complete rip from the film and something Reservoir Dogs fans have hoped they wouldn't sell out and make a rubbish game, I'm going to have to apologise to all the cynics out there and say this is actually a really good game. It's like any other third person shooter with a slight twist. You have the power to take hostages and intimidate police officers and security guards to neutralise a situation. So imagine all the movies with bank robberies and a guy with a gun trying to control the situation. This is exactly what you will be doing, which I haven't seen in any other game before and it works brilliantly. You have to choices, you can be a professional or a psychopath. Each road gives you a different style, being a professional you will neutralise the situation, killing few innocents and rarely using your gun to get to the end. Being a psychopath has you take a gungo-ho approach, killing everyone in sight with your weapon of choice. Each path gives you an alternate ending so lots of playback potential. The gun system works really well and you get the option to do something cool which is called Bullet Parade (I think). A sort of matrix stylie slow-mo you use when in trouble to clear rooms. And there's a professionals option like that, where you have a hostage and will do a signature move (Mr Blonde's removal of the ear a nice referance to the films if not slightly low bro) which neutralises a whole room. Comes with a lot of the music from the film you can skip through in the driving missions. On the whole a well rounded game where its short game is more than made up for in replay value for the alternate endings. Fans of the film can breathe easy now!

Not immpressive but if you love the film you will like this. I t does let you see what all the characters did that you diden't see in the film but the gamplay is shite and the graphics look like lego

I found this game really hard , it was a bit gruesome and the levels were a bit too hard to do , also too slow to play and i never really liked this one , but i didn't watch the film so , i did not know what it was all about.
