Splinter Cell finally out for the PSP. well, the story takes place after DA, and Sam is being interrogated, and through the interrogations, you go through some of the levels/locations from past Splinter Cell games. Note this, this is not a port. 2 levels in the main game a reused, and thats oil rig, and penthouse, yet all the rest of the missions are new. There are also 3 other missions that are unlockable. This review is only over the single player portion of the game. The game has okay graphics. It if was delayed, it might have given them more time to clean it up. Yet im not complaining since the framerate, most of the time is pretty smooth.the lighting is pretty good, yet it seems very dark at times when playing in the daylight, so youll be using you night vision alot. There are also a few glicthces in the game, but they are very minor, except for the psp shutting off, which only happens when you save on a certain part of a mission, which only happend once for me, but other than that the other bugs and glitches are minor, and do not ruin the game in any way. This game keeps most of the gameplay from all of the splinter cell games. The control scheme is something to adjust to, but they did they best they could i guess without a 2nd nub(analog). It takes time getting used to, especially after playing syphon filter:dark mirror. Overall, they did a pretty good job with the controls. The sounds is pretty good. The voice acting is very good, and the music is from pandorra tomorrow, which is good, but i wish they also had amon tobie's(however you spell it) music also which was from chaos theory. There are some sound glitches though, and these usually happen when there is too much on the screen. The sound sometimes stutter, but after a few seconds, it fixes itself up. So this bug is very minor, especially when compared to prince of persia revelations. Overall, this is a pretty good game. with good gameplay, a good control scheme that takes getting used to, and good sounds. Its a little short though, and may seem a little rushed. Also there are a few glictches here and there that are mostly minor, and "okay" graphics, but the gampeplay and intersting story makes up for that.
