With a new Leisure Suit Larry game and the titillating Playboy: The Mansion both recently released, it's a good sign that often dispiritingly samey games industry is slowly diversifying to cater for those of us who are lovers rather than fighters. Another sign of this hopeful future is 7 Sins, published by Digital Jesters, and developed by the eclectic Monte Cristo. The game throws you into the glamorous yet seedy world of Apple City, where everyone is after wealth, power and fame, and on the look out for as much vice and scandal as they can get. Just like everybody else, you want to get to the top of the tree, but to get there you're going to have to scratch a few backs. It's lucky then, that some of those backs are the most scratchable you've ever seen. The titillating 7 Sins is peopled by a delightful array of movers and shakers from Apple City, from Russian escort girls and dominatrices to bored upper class girls and powerful businesswomen. Seduce them, befriend them, avoid them at all costs, it's for you to decide who has most to offer you on your fortune-seeking rise to the top in this life simulation game. There are also characters you'd maybe rather not seduce, like a World Champion Boxer, your own hard-nosed boss and the big girl who teaches you to fight. 7 Sins sets you seven missions. You must perform however you think will garner most benefits in this light-hearted but saucy romp, being tested at various points by more than 20 amusing mini-games, which include the Vodka Race and Toilet's Mozart. The aim is to acquire so much power and fame that you are the boss of Apple City in all but name, but you'll be amazed by some of the cheekiest seduction and sex (yes, sex!) scenes you've yet to see in digital form.

Right this was not as I had expected. I was expecting a game similar to the much loved sims, which in some ways it is. You have your charcter and you get to control his life, earning money and the sort. But then it drifts to a what became a humorous conquest to get laid and become famous. Its definently not a family game but with a few mates around it quickly becomes stupidly funny trying to convince your colleague to get something of the top shelf for you. Graphics are good, the humours all there I just feel that its going to become a bit limited and doenst have much replayability. But for while it last this game is great just make sure theres no females present in the room!

Ugh rubbish. Cross between Sims and Leisure Suit Larry, with no class or style. Not even sure what made me rent it to be honest, dont think i did much research and was the first game i rented. Doesnt help its on the naffest game console around now. Poor sticky graphics that made it just look dank and depressing. Save time and money dont bother with it.
