This game is fun at first due to the free roaming and destructible environment but eventually and very quickly you will become bored. this is due to the repetitive nature of going and doing the same thing, destroying EDf property, help[ing people under house arrest, etc. Online is ok but 3rd person view is not all that fun to play in. Ok to rent as it has very short life but not worth buying in my oppinion. 
Reviewed by: Double Q on 17 July 2009 This game is something special. It has all the elements of a good first person shooter but changes it slightly to become third person. The controls are easy to pickup and the game is fun to play as it involves tact as well as skill. The story is set in a futuristic war and the game takes place in e-day. The war is against creatures known as the locust which are monsters that come up from underground. The story in general is good and doesn't get dull at any point. The graphics in this game are excellent and have very good attention to detail throughout. Online is good but it lacks game types. The online connections are fairly good and it is unlikely that you will have a glitchy game. This game doesn't have a long campaign but the online makes it worth the buy as this is a must own classic. Reviewed by: Double Q on 17 July 2009 Halo 1 and 2 where instant classics and so is Halo 3. This game is great in all aspects and has high replay value. The campaign is a continuation of the first two games and can get slightly repetitive when playing by yourself but when playing online with friends it adds an almost new view point because you compete as well as working together. Other online game modes are the standard shooting ones and are great fun to play in. Forge mode is also a good and new idea allowing you to create new maps. this game has so much to do it will take years almost to do everything. This game is worth buying as it is going to last you a long time. 
Reviewed by: Double Q on 03 July 2009 Good shooter exclusive for ps3. Has a decent story which doesn't really wow you but isn't bad. It has a good assortment of weapons which bring new features in to fps. This game seems to lacks enjoyment whilst playing through it because it can get repetitive as usually the same enemies appear and are not very challenging. Online is good and can support huge battles and will keep you busy for a while. Reviewed by: Double Q on 03 July 2009 Game is fun when played with others but is not so much in single player. Fights are long and repetitive against the computer in career mode in which you either rebuild a legend or guide your fighter through the ranks. There is not much more you can do with this game other than play it online which works fairly well. Rent rather than buy as it is a game with a short life. 
Reviewed by: Double Q on 02 July 2009 This game is good dependent on your preference of modern fighting games. I you like full 3D such as Tekken or Virtua Fighter it is hard to enjoy it because you feel restricted. Street fighter fans such as myself will enjoy this as it contains all the things necessary from the same controls ad all the popular characters e.g. Bison, Chun li, Ken, Vega etc. as well as that the controls are good and same too. New characters are ok but they are not too good against anyone in my opinion. Online gaming sucks due to disconnection rates and lag. Good rent if you will want to play against others online and if fighting games don't appeal that much but buy only if you wanna play offline quiet a bit and if you are a big fan. Overall gameplay and graphics are good and playing is fun and addictive.

Renting is ok but still not worth the time as this game should never have been released as it literally unfinished for ps3 standard. Graphics are ps2 level which is really disappointing when you look at it. Gameplay is ok but eventually gets boring with all the nector and playing dead, however this game is more enjoyable with friends as it allows you to play with up to 4 players. The story is boring and dull, there is never a sense of excitement. Online is ok but still not worth buying the game for. If you want to play this game rent it or you will waste your money. Reviewed by: Double Q on 02 July 2009 This game is enjoyable but it is a rent rather than a buy. The abilities given to the player are fun to use and add a twist to shooting games. Story is good but nothing extraordinary. online is the reason this game is not worth the buy as game types are limited and the community was ever very big. Overall a fun game that makes use of good ideas.
