Long story short - Carry out surgery on pateints using ur wiirmote as the tools. The game is a good idea but with a weak storyline and with little explanation at points its a total let down. AS the previous reviewer said you have to select tools using the joystick on the nunchuk but it doesnt always work and you end up making mistakes.
There's a mass of pointless cut scenes and text to scroll through which gets very tiresome. The missions themselves are not that difficult to get through, but get very frustrating if you cant uindersdtand what to do or you cant get the game to select the correct tool.
I played this for a few hours and got utterly bored. Thank-god to swapgame because if I had bought this i would have been very dissapointed. big thumbs down im afraid!
