Street Fighter IV (Xbox 360) review

Street Fighter IV is a fantastic game overall and Capcom should be commended for designing a game that can work on so many levels by appealing to both casual and hardcore players. I'll admit that when I first heard I was reviewing Street Fighter IV, I wasn't terribly excited. I suppose I just didn't think much of it. But as I played and experimented with each character, fighting a variety of the IGN folks and learning something new with every match, I realized just how irrevocably deep fighting games -- and Street Fighter games in particular -- really are. I encourage everyone to give Street Fighter IV a try, even if you're relatively new to the fighting game scene. There's so much depth to the gameplay that you'll be rewarded long after your purchase. And with that, I'll leave you with the mandatory... Hadoken!

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (Xbox 360) review

A very solid and interesting game. The story has some nice twists, yet the ending isn't when or what you hoped for. The force moves and combos are a blast to play with but later on a lot of the enemies are immune to most force attacks, which is a shame. The graphics are pretty good, yet the best part is that it is amazing for Starwars fans which most of us are.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (PS3) review

An amazing sequel to a great series. Personally I have not played any of the other games, yet I hear they're great. So this game is good for dedicated Snake fans and people who need to be introduced to this series. The gunplay is excellent, yet it does not take away from the stealth factor that dominates a well written game, that has you on the edge of your seat. The cut-scenes our long, making up a few hours of the game. Perfect, as good, if not better than any other PS3 game.
