Final Fantasy XII (PS2)

Final Fantasy XII (PS2) review

I only started playing as I got FFX and now I'm hooked, be it FFX is the best storyline and feeling of immersing yourself in that storyline. FFXII has more diverse beasties and more attacking tactics to get a hold of. The gambits help immensely by not only taking the tedious task of selecting the same old thing but quickening up the gameplay. Although i'm yet to finish it, I had to write something about it for those who maybe thinking that its going to be same as all the others. Its definitely worth getting and perhaps even buying as its a long game but always enjoyable to play. x:x

Final Fantasy X (PS2)

Final Fantasy X (PS2) review

I had played an early edition of the FF series on the PS1 and didn't get into it but when I got this for my Birthday due to asking for it, as a friend seem to be well into it. I was istantly immersed into the gameplay and storyline, especially as I believe I'm like Tidus (the real main character). Tidus is a Blitzball star trying to be better than his father who he hates at the begining. He gets dragged into what seems to him another world, where he helps Yuna (a up and coming Summoner) to rid Spira of Sin (a creature that came from the war, a 100 thousand years ago). If you like RPG then you'll love this one and even if you don't like RPG then with this you'll get into them like you don't believe. So just try it and see, after all no harm in it unless you don't want to be caried away into a dream land of astonishing portions. x:x

Final Fantasy X-2 (PS2)

Final Fantasy X-2 (PS2) review

After playing the first part, you have to get the second just to see what happens to Yuna and what became of Tidus?? The difference in the battle is something that needs to get used to, so your not bored from the battle scenes of previous. I love the way you get to change outfits and the cut scenes when this is happening are amazing. Yuna who feels lost in the new world of Spira gets a sphere that may contain the locations of the one she loves and starts out to investigate if they are still about in some way. The way that you earn points to gain not only experiance but also new skills is a good addition, as cuts down on the interuptions of previous. In anycase you have to get FFX-2 just as its a sequel. x:x

Final Fantasy VII - Dirge of Cerberus (PS2)

Final Fantasy VII - Dirge of Cerberus (PS2) review

It took me 7 days to complete minus all the extras that you can do. Although nothing like FFX I still thought the storyline was interesting. I'd say this game is worth renting but not to buy unless you want the collection, mainly due to the quick finishing of the game and that you have to follow the storyline without going were you feel like at times. Also you only control one character, which was a bit disapointing. Untill you've tried it you won't really know how you feel towards it. x:x
