The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii)

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii) review

Absolutely brilliant. First day I had it, played 15 hours straight and didnt even realize the time had flown past me. The story is brillliant and the games graphics and sound are superb. The Wii controllers were extremely well implemented in the game. If you loved Zelda before, you'll love it even more after you've played this game. Not to easy, and not to hard. Expansive terrain with lots of side quests and hidden areas. Get this, you wont be sorry!

Red Steel (Wii)

Red Steel (Wii) review

Should be three and a half stars, but unfortunately they dont do half stars here. Red Steel isnt a bad game, but its not that great either. It was pretty hyped among the people who I knew were going to purchase a Wii, and it just didnt live up to expecations. It wont wow you, but it'll keep you entertained. The controls are a bit sluggish when it comes to learning new sword moves, with the your character not seeming want to do what you're doing. All in all, entertaining but not great and controls can be a bit frustrating at times.

Call of Duty 3 (Wii)

Call of Duty 3 (Wii) review

Call of Duty 3, was for me, just way to short. You could finish it in one good sitting. If you've played other COD games, this is just pretty much more of the same, just using a different control method. The controls could at times be a pain. Easy to use in open fields, but in close quarter battles, they just didnt have the swiftness required. Also, the game seemed to lag when big battle scenes occured. Or maybe my Wii is just defective. In conclusion, its nothing great. Its passable as a war fps, but the controls could have been better done.

Super Monkey Ball - Banana Blitz (Wii)

Super Monkey Ball - Banana Blitz (Wii) review

I originally got introduced to Super Monkey Ball on the Gamecube after a night of partying with my friends. We all sat down and just had a blast. Played this Monkey Ball by myself, and I did get bored extremely quickly. My 3 year old niece thought the whole thing was a riot though. The bright colours and cute characters appeal to the younger audience. This game is for groups of friends just out for a laugh or kiddies looking for a giggle. If you're looking for engrossing single player activity. This game isnt it.
