24: The Game (PS2) review

I actually didnt mind the game, prob due to the fact that i'm a hardcore 24 fan. The graphics werent great and the controls took a bit of getting used to but after I had completed the first couple of levels (thinking it was poo) I really started getting into the story and playing it through the eyes of different characters from the series. Also I thought the game was different every level, non repetitive. Mini games (Easy) But it broke down the action. Driving was fun at first but to be honest the controls are just crazy when you are in the car! Could have been alot better but I think the makers are on to something here, just need to improve the graphics (Next Gen) Improve the controls. But everything else seemed ok, I couldnt actually send it back to swap game until I completed it. ALSO it fills in a gap from the end of season 3 to the start of 4! Something you will never see unless you play the game. Give it a go you may like it. Hope this review helps.

Silent Hill 3 (PS2) review

Looks a pretty good game although the controls felt a bit strange to me, After playing it for just a few hours I didnt feel it was a game for me, maybe thats because i'm a hardcore resident evil fan! I think this game would appeal to the silent hill fans out there, but im afraid this game wasnt for me. The graphics and cut scenes however looked amazing!

Altered Beast (PS2) review

This game could have been just so much better, its a real shame that the gameplay wasnt too strong! Very good graphics when turning into the beasts but hey overal the game for me was pretty pants. I hope they have another go at this classic and turn it into a real badboy next time (If there is a nextime) Prob not worth a rental in my opinion.

50 Cent : Bulletproof (PS2) review

Not really a game for me but thats my own opinion. The thing that I really hated about the game above all was the aiming system, I like to use the right stick so to point up you point the stick up, but this was all reversed in the game and no option to change it. So after playing the game for about an hour after getting it through the post. I sent it back! If the controls were as how I wanted them then I think it looks pretty cool. Loads of special features. Just a real sham I couldnt get to grips with the aiming controls. If your ok with that then hey its worth a try.

Resident Evil 4 (PS2) review

Forget everything you know about Resident Evil games. This latest version puts puzzles in the back seat, which is a good thing really. Its very much focused on action and gameplay wrapped up in a wicked story that will simply have you hooked. Game life, well it took me about 24 hours! But hey it is by far the best game I've ever played and you should check this out if your a Resi fan or just a fan in horror!
