After playing this game and knowing the critiscism it has recieved from many I am surprised to find that so much hate has been placed on a decent game like this - the graphics are good, the gameplay is good and adds a touch of strategy to the usual button-mash style of hack-n'-slash games, there are several returning characters from the Golden Axe franchise, and even with only one being playable it still stands well as a single player experience. Many may complain about the lack of co-op play but surely that alone cannot be enough reason to savage this game to oblivion when it provides a fun - if sometimes frustratingly tough - experience. I urge all fans of hack-n'-slash games or those looking for a single player orientated game to at least give it a chance, if you don't find it works for you then fine, but don't cast it aside merely based on the seemingly unfounded hate of others.
