Pinobee Description

Joining Mario in the Game Boy Advance launch line-up, Pinobee: Wings of Adventure is the new platformer on the block. While Mario Advance is more like an update to a classic game, Pinobee braves the stormy seas of originality. You play the role of Pinobee, a robotic bee who is being gradually constructed by your grandfather. Your beloved grandfather is mysteriously captured and it is up to you to rescue him. Oh, and he hasn't had a chance to fit you with a heart yet, something of a minor annoyance, you'll agree, but try not to show it too much. Pinobee is a simple game to play, you only really have to worry about the jump / mid-air dash button. The levels are massive and you need to use Pinobee's skills such as wall-climbing to discover all the secret items and characters in a stage. Initially, Pinobee can jump once and then dash in any direction while mid-air. As you make progress through the game, you are able to dash up to four times in a row. Perfect for getting to those hard-to-reach secret locations. You can revisit earlier levels with your new skills to find every item. The storyline of Pinobee is one of its best features. The way you choose to interact with other characters has a direct result on the ending of the game. Bearing in mind you are bad-tempered to start with, you'll have to be nice to people if you are ever going to attain your heart. There can be several tasks on a level and your progress is recorded in a diary at the end of a level so you can see exactly what you did or didn't do. Multiple endings are a great incentive to complete the game differently each time you play. With over 25 levels, challenging and original gameplay, several endings and beautiful graphics, Pinobee is an excellent platformer for Nintendo's new platform.
