The teaming up of THQ and Nickelodeon brings another children's cartoon license to the Game Boy Advance in the form of Rugrats: I Gotta Go Party and, as the title suggests, it's a party game, no less. Conceptually, the game takes a couple of leaves out of the Mario Party book, placing emphasis on its multiplayer element and having at its core a selection of mini games on offer. The game's premise sees Tommy playing hide and seek with his friends. If you help Tommy find the other Rugrats then you can unlock outrageous party games such as Angelica's Cookies, Phil's Mud Pies, Sandbox Blues and a whole lot more. The more Rugrats you find, the more party games you unlock. Simple. The game's multiplayer support is the main focal point of the proceedings, allowing up to four players to link their Game Boy Advances together and play against each other in all the different games. This in itself is great fun and can provide hours of entertainment thanks to the inclusion of over 30 mini games in total. It is, however, also the game's weak point as, without it, there's little on offer with regards to a single player experience.
