Metal Gear Acid 2 Description

Metal Gear Ac!d 2 (MGA2) sees gamers resume the role of Snake, who has been kidnapped by a man claiming to be an FBI agent. Whilst held captive, Snake is persuaded to infiltrate a top secret research facility, which is in fact a trap set by the U.S. Military and Venus, a female secret agent in charge of research and the creation of a third generation Metal Gear mechanoid system. As Snake tries his hardest to defuse this potentially very dangerous project, he finds himself battling not only nasty adversaries but also his own personal demons. While MGA2 retains the card-based combat and movement system of its predecessor, gamers can now enjoy more intuitive control over Snake. Advances include the ability to control Snake within 'Move' modes, while commands are displayed in real-time to facilitate quicker actions within action situations. MGA2 is further improved when the number of cards more than doubles from 200 in the first game to a huge 500. New features include 'Linkage Cards' which give the player bonuses and 'Trap Cards' that initiate specific traps tailored to the specific location. You can now also upgrade cards to make them more powerful. MGA 2 enjoys higher definition and greater animation, while a more vibrant colour scheme really does make the game come alive. MGA2 also enjoys vastly improved 3D effects due to the 'Solid Eye' viewing system, which links to the front of the PSP and activates a special 3D system, where many bonus videos are available throughout the game. The PSP's Ad Hoc mode also presents gamers with the opportunity to link up together for one-on-one tag matches.
