Dynasty Warriors 5: Empires Description

A second outing for the tactical version of the Dynasty Warriors franchise, Dynasty Warriors 5: Empires is again set in the legendary Three Kingdoms - Wei, Wu and Shu. The game follows the familiar path walked by previous titles in the series, as players attempt to master a supreme arsenal of new weapons and attacks including 'Musou Rage' and the amazing nine hit Evolution Combos. Players have total control over their kingdom, where they can issue direct orders to each officer or signal general commands to officers on the field. It is up to the player to decide when to issue orders for their army to take the offensive, defend their ground, or have all officers gather for an ambush. There is also the option to choose which officers should form an attack force, entice captives into joining the kingdom's service and even expel officers from the kingdom. Dynasty Warriors 5: Empires also offers players greater authority over Diplomacy, Government, Product Development and Battle Tactics with the game's 25 new policies for a total of 75 in all.

I'm seeing quite a bit of negativity here and thats understandable i mean obviously you bought a X360 for the graphics and not the gameplay! :P This is a fair game not great by dynasty standards your better off with the ones on the PS2 (4 maybe). Without the 2 player mode its just a bit shallow. You Might want to try Nighty nine Nights for the 360 its got a bit more polish but is less open ended

This is a poor game at best, the graphics look like a ok XBOX game but a no where near good enough for a XBOX 360! Ok for about 5-10 minutes of button bashing then you will want to send it back. Not a big fan Jon

I agree with Jon, the graphics are the kind you would expect on an xbox, even in cutscenes, the peoples mouthes dont move when they talk. the gameplay is repetitive and slow. the AI is awful, most of the soldiors simply stand around whilst you attack them from behind. the worst game i have ever played for the 360

All I can say is a play on the words of the title: DIE NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!! No variety. Poor graphics for a next gen console. Not even worth the gamer points.
