| Worms on the DS, at first glance it could be nothing but a great game. With the use of a touch screen I was expecting some great inovations to the systems. Not only was this not the case, but the touch screen was used to a very bad effect. To play this game with anything else than the bazzoka you'll need to use the stylus AND the control pads - using a total of 3 hands. This may be ideal for the odd mutant, but for the majority, if not all, of DS users this is just a pain in the neck. As for the actual gameplay - there's nothing here that wasn't in the original, and quite a lot has been left out. The variety of weapons is pathetically small, and the upper screen graphics are as smooth as sandpaper. If you've played any other version of the game, don't bother with this one, you'll just be dissapointed. | ||

| It really isn't worth your precious tie. I sent this game back the same day I rented it, after being immediately disappointed on every aspect of the game. You know it's bad when a poorly designed menu system warms you up for the worst execution of Worms in the twelve years of the franchise. After wrestling with the unintuitive root into actual gameplay, all my fears were confirmed with shoddy graphics, zero innovation when it comes to the touch screen, and physics that pre-date the 1994 original that came on FLOPPY DISCS. If this is in your rental queue, grab it by the throat, and toss it as far as possible. Pokemon would be a better choice than this. | ||
