Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend is the seventh instalment of the hugely popular series that has seen various movies and merchandise spin-offs resulting from the successful games. This time Lara is searching for a South American relic, but everything changes dramatically when she comes across a deadly character from her past - the peroxide-blonde, tattooed Amanda Evert - and then finds herself in a dangerous pursuit to find one of history's most famous artefacts. Her new quest will bring her to ancient realms that guard Secrets of the Past, so get ready for some interesting revelations. Graphically, Ms. Croft looks far more realistic with more detailed facial expressions, movement and abilities. She also has at her disposal some of the most advanced weapons and equipment of any previous Tomb Raider game, such as frag grenades, binoculars, a magnetic grappling device and various communications devices to name but a few. The control system has also been improved and is now easier to use and more responsive. Due to Lara's unquestionable athletic ability, she can now perform signature moves while still firing her dual-pistols. She also has the ability to handle any obstacle in her path due to a dynamic animation system that places the focus on constant motion. There is a whole host of beautifully-rendered and mysterious locations throughout the game, which include formidable jungles, snowy mountain ruins and many others that really add intrigue to the game.

Only played on a demo but it is enough to say that this is the best Tomb Radier game EVER. Getting rid of the awful controles, gaphics and shit second character from her last game The Angel of Darkness Lara and the game has been completely reformed (thank god) with easy controles, super graphics and no second character to spoil Lara's fame also Lara has been made into the ultmite female game star with desent sized cough breasts and the story for this game is brillient aswell so I advise to buy after renting.

Best 360 game so far and definatly best tomb raider game. Good and enjoyable storyline and brilliant graphics with easy controls. Never mind renting you should buy.

whoever gamemaster is i pity him, who in gods name is perverted enough to comment on a game chareters breasts? i mean come on, grow up. the graphics are very good, and although short lived it is very good fun. why on earth would you want to spend a whole day trying to make one jump???? im sorry but get with the times, old tomb raider is dead, embrace the new one, its so much better.

Well this is just a very fun game. People on here are complaining that you dont spend days making jumps like the last games....isnt that a good thing? It is short easy stress free fun and an ideal rental game. Buy it and you may be disappointed but rent it and you will be very happy at your decision.

Hmmm, was counting down the days till this got released. Then when it eventually did, the game didn't let me down on the visuals, WOW. But that's where it ends, the puzzles are far too easy and the whole game was complete within 48 hours! Remember when you used to spend hours trying to figure out a puzzle, or days trying to make that ONE jump to a ledge, well keep remembering cause this game has none of these! Visuals are excellent, but the game is far too easy.

This is a fairly good game, However it doesnt offer a fraction of the challenge like in previous games. The controls and simple actions have really been improved. Puzzles lack some "puzzle" but the change in enviroments keeps you amuzed. Like all the games ported to the 360 it is not a proper "next gen" game.
