As Anakin, players will unleash the power of the dark side in ruthless lightsaber and Force attacks. As Obi-Wan, players will struggle to save the galaxy from darkness by focusing the power of the light side into swift and precise lightsaber attacks and using the Force to control enemy actions

Working closely with famed Star Wars stunt coordinator Nick Gillard, the development team is creating the most authentic lightsaber combat ever with choreography taken directly from the films as well as many new stunts created exclusively for the game under the auspices of Gillard.

This is a game with two different personas. On the one hand it consists of a 2D side scrolling adventure that has the player going from level to level defeating all who stand in his/her way. On the other hand it provides a fully 3D 'flight-combat' game that is a first for the DS. The 2D adventure side of the game has been seen a million times before and is easily something that could be handled by a GBA. The 3D flight-combat side of the game is excellent. The only problem is that to enjoy the multiplayer aspect of it, and to have a four way dogfight session with your mates, you all have to have a copy of the game. No single cart play here I'm afraid ! So, a definite split on this game. A so-so 2D adventure coupled with an excellent 3D flight combat option. My advice. Rent it to see the 3D part of the game but look no further than a Gameboy Advance for the 2D side of the game !
