| Star Wars video games have always been popular but had a reputation for far too often being low quality. That has changed recently with some better Star Wars titles (especially the 'battlefront' games) being released. Unfortunately though, this is not one of them. Good side of the game? Well, it's a Star Wars game isn't it. Chances are if you've chosen to rent this you'll be a Star Wars fan, and will no doubt get that tingle of excitement when you hear the famous music, and love the idea of being able to control Jango Fett. You also have an array of different weapons and gadgets to use, of which, the jetpack will be most people's favourite. Bad side of the game? The graphics are no more than perfunctory, as is the ingame sound. The player movement is jerky and controls over sensitive (jumping is an especially random and frustrating affair). There's little more to the game than shoot, shoot, shoot. This is a great idea for a game but a lot more effort needs to have been spent on the actual game play by the developers. If you are a big Star Wars fan, chances are you'll get at least some pleasure from playing this game, if only for a short while. Anyone else should probably steer clear of Star Wars Bounty Hunter though. | ||
