Really great idea to be able to trade in games, I have so many and had them just lying around and now I can give them to you and get credit to buy new games, fantastic idea, well impressed

Trade in was very easy, and the games were received, processed, and accepted by next morning! Very pleased

Easier than going out to my local Game or Gamestation, and all I had to do was print out the labels and get to a post box!

This game arrived in good time for Christmas however I realised that I should have ordered Call of Duty 5 and not 4. I spoke with a customer service rep whom I found to be very helpful. A swap was arranged and the correct game arrived as requested before Christmas. Thanks Swapgame!

I sent a thank you e-mail from my work address, but felt it necessary to say thanks again. The games I ordered on Friday afternoon were in my consoles by Saturday Morning! Thanks again - I'm glad I found that at least one of these services actually was as good as it sounded.

I would like to add that I am very impressed with how good your service has become. I signed up after a colleague showed me an article in a local Coventry paper (don’t know the name) and have had 24 games since. By my reckoning that’s a saving of £975! Your site is excellent, easy to navigate and you seem to keep a large stock of games, (I haven’t had to wait for one yet). I have recommended you to all my gaming friends and family and would recommend you to anyone that I thought would be interested.
