Returns Policy and Warranty
The following are guidelines for all goods ordered for delivery.
Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
SwapGame offers a twelve [12] month warranty on all games software. The SwapGame twelve [12] month warranty only covers software faults arising in the course of normal use. Customers must notify us of a product fault via our online ticket system within 8 [eight] days after delivery. Notification received outside of the 8 [eight] day period will void this Warranty.
Defective merchandise will be fully tested to verify the fault. Should an item not be found to be defective it will be dispatched back to you, however should an item be found to be defective we will first seek to repair the item; if no repair can be made, we will seek a replacement item. If no replacement can be issued, a refund will be given. Repairs can take up to 28 working days.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
- in otherwise 'as new' condition;
- complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it; and
- if possible, with the original box and packaging.

All items sent to SwapGame for refund or return, are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to SwapGame receiving such items the risk of loss and title for such items remains with the customer. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to us upon delivery from the carrier. As such, SwapGame recommends that when sending items for return or refund you use an insured and/or traceable method of transit, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery.
You should return the products in accordance with the above procedure.
This warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse, nor does it cover damage to or deterioration of the products resulting from normal wear and tear.
